Leadership is such an interesting topic. As broad as leadership is, one can also find a specificity in terms of leadership and really explore the thoughts, skills, perspective, and influence of how that specific idea, concept, piece results in leadership.

That’s why I’m so fascinated in leadership, whether one is their own personal leader in their life, an organizational leader, or a revolutionary and has a radical approach, there as specific pieces of one’s view, background, and philosophy that has influenced them to now influence another group of people.

We all consider ourselves to be leaders, but I find that one can always maximize their leadership ability by exploring and seeking more knowledge. Applying principles and tools. Taking a journey down self-reflection and being authentic in thought and processes of all things leadership.

I find it interesting how philosophies, character strengths, environments, individuals, books, and even music can all spark one’s leadership journey, and this blog here is to explore all of the factors that play a role on the journey.
