Across my career, I have cultivated strengths in youth development, agricultural research, facilitation, and creative program design, supported by training such as Teaching Mindfulness to Teens. My approach emphasizes forward-thinking strategy, critical listening, and thought leadership, using mind mapping and other tools to help organizations and youth envision and pursue future-focused pathways.

I hold a Master of Science in Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Community Leadership from The Ohio State University. My academic background is complemented by an Organizational Leadership certificate from Otterbein University, an Associate of Arts from Columbus State Community College, and prior study in Urban Affairs and Planning at Wright State University, grounding his work at the intersection of leadership, community development, and education.

“The goal is to create change in the world and leave a legacy.”

Success

Having developed an agricultural education and career awareness program that now sits in Extension within a Land-grant institution, I have served two major school districts and five charter schools in successfully implementing agricultural education and introducing youth to agricultural and food system careers. Having worked on various community development projects and collaborations, I have hosted and supported recurring workforce development programs, community murals, recurring youth retreats, and community shoe drives.
